Guys Flat Iron, Too

In this day and age, girls aren’t the only ones that get to have fun with their hair.  Thanks to trendsetters like Pete Wentz, plenty of guys are getting in on the flat iron action that used to be relegated to “Women Only.”  As always, CHI is sited as one of the most commonly used flat iron to get both guys and girls that sleek, flat ironed look.  Having “CHI Hair” means that you care enough to put forward the effort to make yourself have a great hair day, everyday.  It is very rock and roll, for the 2000s.

The thing about men flat ironing their hair is that not everyone is a fan of the trend.  Some people may say that it is off-putting to have a guy put that much effort into his appearance.  Some girls may not like it if their honey takes longer doing his hair than she does.  Pete and his wife Ashlee Simpson-Wentz often have matching flat ironed hair, so maybe the new saying will be, “The couple that CHIs together, stays together.”  Whether or not men straightening their hair is a passing trend, the sleek look will always be in style.  Now, about guys like Pete wearing eyeliner….
